How to Create an Account Level/Global Email Filter in cPanel to Fight Spam

It’s hard to stop spam email entirely but you can filter it, discard it, deliver it to the selected folder, etc. How to Create an Account Level/Global Email Filter? Log in to your cPanel account. In the Email section, click on Global Email Filters. Click on Create a New Filter. Enter a name for the filter in the Filter Name input box. The filter rules come with many options for filtering email. Should you want to deal with an email that contains a word such as Lottery or any other words, select Body in the first list box and select Contains in the second one. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Discard Message. Click on Create.

cPanel File Manager is handy for managing your website files. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Files section, click on File Manager. How to Create a New Database User in Plesk

Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Databases from the Sidebar Menu. Click on User Management from the right sidebar. Under Database Users, click on Add Database User. Under Adding Database User, fill in the following details: Database user name: Enter a database username such as blog. Password: Enter the password or click Generate to generate one. Then click on Show and copy the password in a safe place. Database: Choose the appropriate database from the drop-down menu. Access Control: Choose the appropriate option as per your needs. Finally, confirm with OK. Your new database user will be created.

How to Create a Directory in Plesk File Manager Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Files from the Sidebar Menu. Click on the appropriate domain in case of multiple domains. Under File Manager, click on the httpdocs directory or any other directory where you want to create the directory. Click on the +plus icon and choose Create Directory. How to Create a Database Username in cPanel

Log in to your cPanel account. In the Databases section, click on MySQL Databases. Under MySQL Users, in the Username field, enter the new username you want to create. Enter your new password or use a password generator. Click on Create a User. Tip: Write down the database username and password on a notepad so you can easily recall them while installing a script manually.
