We hope you have already read our tutorial on How to Set Up a cPanel Email Account in Android, and you have already added a built-in email widget to your Android screen. You can set up an automatic email synchronization frequency so that whenever you receive an email on the mail server, it will automatically sync with your Android email app. You will receive notifications for new email. Open the Inbox or Gmail Application. On the top left, tap on Menu. Scroll down to the bottom and choose Settings. Select your email account. Tap on Sync frequency. Set your frequency to 15 minutes or any other custom time. If you do not wish to sync email automatically, set it to Never. Sync will have to be done manually after setting it to Never.

A mail exchanger record (MX record) is a record in the Domain Name System that specifies a mail server responsible for accepting email messages. You can add an MX Record using the cPanel’s Zone Editor option. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Domains section, click on Zone Editor. Under Domains, you can see many options below Actions. Click on the +MX Record, and a popup box will open. Please enter the required details in it. Priority: The MX record is used for mail routing. It should have the lowest preference number, typically 0. You can use 0 for your mail routing record and 10 for the record validating that you own your domain. Destination: Enter the domain name of your Mail Exchange. If you use an external mail server, enter the domain name of the external mail server. Follow these steps to change your Plesk account’s contact details. Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Account from the Sidebar Menu. Click on My Profile. Click on Contact Details. Update the details as per your requirements. Click Apply. You will see a success message signifying that your Plesk contact details have changed.

You can change the display name of your WordPress account, which shows on WordPress posts and comments. Log in to the WordPress dashboard. From the Dashboard menu, go to Users and click on Profile. Locate Nickname and enter your new name. From the Display name publicly as, choose your newly added nickname from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update Profile.

Log in to your cPanel account. In the Advanced section, click on Cron Jobs. Under Add New Cron Job, click on the Common Settings drop-down menu and select an appropriate option such as Once Per Day or another suitable option. Enter your cronjob PHP file location or the command you want to run in the Command field. Click on Add New Cron Job.
