You can edit or remove a Record in cPanel using the cPanel’s DNS Zone Editor. It allows you to manage, remove, or modify DNS records. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Domains section, click on Zone Editor. Under Domains, you can see many options below Actions. Click on Manage. Locate a Record you wish to edit or remove. Should you want to edit a record, click on Edit. Modify the details, and click on Save Record. Removing a record can be done with the Delete option. Note: It may take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours for the changes to take effect worldwide.

How to Suspend a cPanel User in the WHM Account
You can suspend cPanel user from accessing your WHM account. Log in to your WHM Account. Go to Account Functions >> Manage Account Suspension or type Manage Account in the menu filter box. The option will appear. Click on it. Under Select by domain, choose the user you want to suspend. Select the user from the drop-down list under Select by username. You can add a suspension reason. Type the reason and click on Suspend. The account will be suspended, and the suspension message will display.

How to Unsuspend cPanel User From WHM Account
You can unsuspend cPanel accounts from WHM. Follow this tutorial to unsuspend your cPanel user. Log in to your WHM Account. Go to Account Functions >> Manage Account Suspension or type Manage Account in the menu filter box. The option will appear. Click on it. Under Select by domain, choose the user you want to unsuspend. Select the user from the drop-down list under Select by username. If the user is displayed in red, it means that he is already suspended and you don’t need to take action. Click on Unsuspend. The account will be unsuspended, or an error message will be displayed in case of any problem.
How to Enable BoxTrapper in cPanel
BoxTrapper requires all email senders not on your Whitelist to respond to verification emails. It protects you from spam. If you want to get rid of unwanted emails, enable Boxtrapper either on all emails or just selected emails and configure it. Log in to your cPanel Account, In the Email section, click on BoxTrapper. On the BoxTrapper’s page, you see a list of your emails under the Account heading and the status of BoxTrapper under the Status heading. Choose Manage. On the BoxTrapper’s Manage page, if the status is Disabled, Choose Enable.
