How to Access or Connect to the FTP via FileZilla
You can access your FTP Account using the FileZilla FTP Client or any FTP Client. Open the FileZilla FTP Client. Enter your FTP host, username and password. You can use your cPanel login details as your FTP user and password. Enter your domain name such as ftp.example.com or example.com in the Host field. Click on Quick Connect. It will take a few seconds to connect. Then your website files will appear on the right side. You can now start using the FileZilla Client, manage your website, and upload/delete files from your website.

How to Remove an FTP Account in Plesk
If you have created too many FTP User accounts and some have not been used, and you want to remove certain accounts, you can accomplish it by following this tutorial. Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Websites & Domains from the Sidebar Menu. Under the list of Domain names, click on the appropriate domain name. Under Files & Databases, click on the FTP Access. Checkmark the appropriate FTP accounts and click on Remove. Confirm with Yes to remove the selected FTP accounts.

Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Websites & Domains from the Sidebar Menu. Under the list of Domain names, click on the appropriate domain name. Under Files & Databases, click on FTP Access. Under Generate a Full Backup, enter the following details: Backup Destination: Select the Backup destination to Remote FTP Server. Email: Enter your email address. Remote Server: FTP IP address or FTP domain name such as ftp.example.com. Remote User: Your FTP Username. Remote Password: Your FTP Password. Port: 21 or other FTP Port. Remote Dir: Remote Directory such as /home/username/backupfolder/. Once you fill in the Remote FTP details, click on Generate Backup.
How to Change the FTP User Quota in cPanel
Follow these steps to change the FTP quota or set it to Unlimited. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Files section, click on FTP Accounts. Under the FTP Accounts list, click on Change Quota. FTP Quota: Specify the quota in numerical words or select Unlimited. Click on Change Quota.
