How to Create an Email Account in Plesk
Follow this tutorial to create an email account in Plesk. Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Mail from the Sidebar Menu. Click on Create Email Address. Under the General tab, fill up the following details: Email Address: Enter an email, and should you have multiple domains, choose the appropriate one from the drop-down menu. Password: Enter a password or click on Generate to create one. Click on Show to copy the password. Mailbox: Select Default size or Another size and enter the amount of storage space. Click OK.
How to Create an Email Account in cPanel
To create a new email address, perform the following steps: Log in to your cPanel account. In the Email section, click on Email Account. Click on +Create. You can find this on the right-hand side. Under Create An Email Account, fill up the following details: Domain: Select the appropriate domain from the drop-down list if you have more than one domain. Username: Enter a username such as your first name. Security: Select Set password now, enter a password, or use a generator to generate one. Optional Settings: Click on Edit Settings to expand. In the Storage space option, enter the amount of storage space or select the Unlimited option. Click on Create. Once your email account is created, it will appear under the Account & Domain tab.

Backing up is important, and you should do it regularly. Follow this tutorial to make a full backup of your website with cPanel. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Files section, click on Backup Wizard. Under Backup or Restore, click on Back Up. Under Select Partial Backup. choose one of the available backup options to create and download a backup of it. To download a Home Directory backup, click on Home Directory. Now, click on Download.

How to Edit .htaccess File in the cPanel File Manager
Log in to your cPanel account. In the Files section, click on File Manager. Navigate to the directory where your dot htaccess file is located. To edit the .htaccess file of your root directory, navigate to the public_html directory. If the dot htaccess file does not show, click on Settings in the File Manager. You can find the Settings button on the right side of the top menu. Mark the Show Hidden Files (Dotfiles) option in the new window box and click on Save. Now, the dot htaccess file should be present. If it does not exist, create a new one. Right-click on the dot htaccess file and then Edit in the Context Menu. In a new window box, click on Edit. Make changes to your dot htaccess file and click on Save Changes.

How to Encrypt Database Password in Plesk Backup
. Log in to your Plesk account. Go to Websites & Domains > Click on the Pull icon > Choose Backup & Restore. Click on Remote Storage Settings. On the right side of Password Protection, if it displays Disabled, click on change. Checkmark Use password protection and enter a password. Then confirm with Apply. Ensure that you store your password in a safe place. You will need it when restoring a backup. If you have forgotten your password or do not enter one, Plesk will restore your backup with a random database password.
